May 2010: AgriPolicy contribution to the CAP debate

Between September 2009 and March 2010 and following a request from DG Agriculture, the AgriPolicy team implemented a study on Direct Payments. The study is based on a review of available literature, on a simulation of future impact using AGMEMOD model and on a consultation of stakeholders' perceptions.
